1. Scope and contact
These terms describe the use of the RUNVOK Android game and its related authentication and support services, provided by Duvar Mobile. For questions or support, email duvarmobile@gmail.com. Google connections associated with these services may be named RUNVOK or RUNVOK Destek.
RUNVOK is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, involve your parent or legal guardian and obtain any permission required by local law. Any stricter store age rating or local requirement also applies.
2. Test builds and availability
RUNVOK v0.8.9 is a test build. Google Play Games sign-in, game-managed cloud saves, and real-money purchases are not active in that build. Its rewarded ads use Google's test ad unit. Separately available test services do not mean those features are already integrated into the game.
Pre-release features may change and may contain errors. Service interruptions, device compatibility issues, or updates can affect availability. A feature shown as unavailable or under development is not a promise of a release date. We will identify paid features and their conditions before asking you to purchase anything.
3. Google connections and game progress
When Play Games sign-in is available, use your own authorized Google account. Our service verifies the Play Games player identity and associates it with a RUNVOK account identifier. Keep sign-in credentials private. Google services are also subject to Google's applicable terms.
The v0.8.9 build stores progress on the device. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the game, or changing devices may cause progress to be lost; this build does not provide a game-managed cloud restore guarantee. Connecting a Google identity alone does not back up progress or transfer virtual items.
The optional Gmail integration is for the developer's support delivery account. Players do not need to connect a Gmail inbox to play or submit a bug report.
4. Fair play
You may use the game for personal entertainment through legitimate access. Do not cheat, manipulate purchase or reward records, impersonate others, disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, or send unlawful or abusive support content. These rules do not limit activities protected by applicable law. Report errors through the in-game reporting feature when available or our support email.
5. Virtual items and purchases
Real-money purchases are disabled in v0.8.9. If enabled in a later release, purchases will use the official Google Play checkout. The checkout will display the actual price and currency before payment. Do not send payment card details to Duvar Mobile.
Each offer will identify what it provides, including whether an item is consumable, a continuing unlock, or a benefit with a stated duration. Duration, eligibility, delivery, and restoration conditions must be shown before purchase. A timed benefit may expire; a consumed item is not automatically a reusable purchase. Do not assume that reinstalling the game restarts a timed benefit or restores local progress.
Virtual currency and items are for use within RUNVOK. They are not investments or deposits and cannot be exchanged for cash by Duvar Mobile, except where a refund or other remedy is required. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Refunds and purchase support
For a Google Play purchase, consult Google Play's refund policy and request process. Eligibility can depend on the product, circumstances, and country. These terms do not remove any cancellation, refund, or other rights granted by applicable law.
If a payment succeeds but an item is missing, contact us with the Google Play order reference, item, and approximate purchase time. Do not send a password, sign-in token, or full payment details. We will investigate the delivery issue and help with an appropriate correction or refund route.
7. Rewarded advertising
Watching a rewarded ad is optional. Ads depend on network and provider availability. A reward is granted after the ad provider confirms completion; starting an ad alone does not guarantee a reward. The current test build uses rewarded test ads and does not show banner ads or forced interstitials. Advertising SDK data processing is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Privacy and deletion
The RUNVOK Privacy & Data Policy explains information processed by the game, Google connections, support, and service providers, along with retention and your choices. Optional Google permissions do not authorize unrelated uses of your data.
You can request deletion of RUNVOK server account or support data using the data deletion instructions. Clearing local game storage and deleting server records are separate actions. A RUNVOK deletion request does not delete your Google Account.
9. Content and your rights
Game software, artwork, music, branding, and website content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Permission to play does not transfer ownership of that material. Do not redistribute protected assets without permission, except where the law allows it.
We aim to provide a working service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or an error-free test build. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes and service restrictions
We may update the game and these terms as features change. The revision date will be updated, and significant changes will be communicated where required. New paid features and new permissions will be presented before they are used; this page does not replace any consent required by law.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, serious abuse, or security threats. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact duvarmobile@gmail.com for review. Restrictions and service changes remain subject to applicable law and do not automatically remove rights relating to valid purchases.
