Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is processed when you use Mitos: Last Guard and how you can exercise your privacy choices.

1. Overview

Duvar Mobile (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is the independent developer and publisher of Mitos: Last Guard (“the Game”). This policy applies to the Android version of the Game distributed through Google Play.

In short: The Game does not require an account. We do not directly ask for your name, phone number, email address, contacts, photos, messages, or precise location through the Game. The Game offers optional rewarded advertisements powered by Google AdMob, whose software may automatically process the technical data described below.

2. Information processed

Game progress and settings

Your progress and preferences are stored locally on your device so the Game can remember your progress and settings. Duvar Mobile does not operate a user-account database for the Game.

Advertising and technical information

The Game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to provide optional rewarded advertisements. According to Google’s SDK disclosure, the SDK may automatically collect and share:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate a device’s general location;
  • App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
  • Diagnostic and performance information, such as launch time, hangs, and energy usage; and
  • Device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, App Set ID, and related identifiers where available.

This information may be used by Google for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable law, device settings, age-related settings, region, and consent choices.

Messages you send us

If you voluntarily contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message only so that we can respond, provide support, and address legal or security concerns.

3. How information is shared

Duvar Mobile does not sell your personal information. Technical information described above may be processed by Google as the provider of AdMob. Google’s handling of that information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the Game.

4. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall it. Email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Data processed by Google is retained according to Google’s own retention rules and user controls. Because the Game has no Duvar Mobile account system, we generally cannot identify or retrieve advertising data held by Google using your name or email address.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information handled by us. Contact us using the address below. We may need enough information to verify and respond to your request.

  • You can clear local game data or uninstall the Game through Android settings.
  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID and manage ad privacy controls in Android settings.
  • You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center.

6. Children’s privacy

The Game does not ask users, including children, to submit personal contact information directly through the Game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Advertising services are subject to applicable platform, age, regional, and family-related requirements.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Game and limit direct collection. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published. Material changes will be communicated where required.
